| Did you know you can make
money with WebSTAT? It's easy! Simply
refer your friends, web site visitors, and
clients to our web site. We will then pay
you for each new WebSTAT Premium account
sign-up that results from your referrals. |

| Sign Up |
| Sign up for one of our two referral programs.
Payout takes place at the end of the first full
week of every month after your account reaches
a minimum balance of $30.00. You must be willing
to accept the terms
and conditions to sign up. |

| (1) One Time Payout Program |
| WebSTAT’s one time payout program, or
affiliate program, is best for those who want
the most amount of money right away. WebSTAT
will pay you $10.00 for each person that signs
up for a Premium Account and is successfully
billed at least one full month. You must have
a mailing address in the United States to use
this program. |

| (2) Percentage Payout Program |
| WebSTAT's percentage payout program, or
reseller program, is designed for those with
several clients or with high traffic websites.
WebSTAT will pay you a percentage of the money
that we earn from each person you refer to
us. You will continue to receive a percentage
of what the customer pays as long as the customer
is a paying customer. The percentage depends
on how many current paying accounts you have
referred to us. This chart explains the corresponding
percentage payout. |

| For example, on a particular month, you
have 25 active paying referrals that had signed
up for WebSTAT's paid services. You would receive
a check for $74.62 (25 subscribers X $9.95
base-rate X 30% commission). If any of those
accounts exceeded 20,000 page views per month,
they would be charged more and you would receive
more (see our pricing schedule). |

| Sign Others Up |
| Once you are logged in, you will receive an
Affiliate ID and a link that will associate customers
to your Affiliate ID. There are two ways you
can get credit for signing people up. |

| 1. You can have them sign up with your referral
number. When they sign up for a paid account,
there is a space at the bottom of the form to
enter an Affiliate/Reseller ID. Just have them
enter your Affiliate/Reseller ID. |

| 2. They can follow a link or a banner associated
with your page. You will have the choice of
7 different banners, or you can make your own.
You can have as many banners and text links
as you want. When someone follows that link
and then signs up, your account gets credited
with their account. We will keep track of both
the free WebSTAT Basic and WebSTAT Premium.
If a basic account later upgrades, you will
receive full credit for the referral. |

| Track your referrals |
| You will be able to track your referrals
online. You will know how much you are making
and how much you have earned. As soon as you
get a paid account, we will show you a list
of all the websites that you have referred
and information about their eligibility. In
order to qualify for a referral payout, the
following conditions MUST BE MET: |
| The referred account must be a PREMIUM subscription |
| The referred account must be active for at least 30 days. |
| The referred account must be successfully billed
at least twice (counting the pro-rated charge upon signup). |

| Once these conditions are met, the Affiliate
is eligible to be paid for the referral payout
for this account. Affiliate payouts are run
once a month. If a referral qualifies for payout
after the monthly payout occurs, the Affiliate
will need to wait until the next payout date
the following month. |

| Collect your money |
| If you are using the One-time payout Program,
we will mail you a check. You must have a mailing
address in the United States to use this program.
If you live outside of the United States, you
must use the Percentage Payout Program. We
will pay you through PayPal. To sign up, just
go to http://www.paypal.com,
then send us your PayPal account I.D. If you
live in the United States and use the Percentage
Payout Program, you could receive a check or
use PayPal. Remember, you must still earn $30
before getting any money. |
